Project Manager for Beam production solutions, lead a team of 12 individuals to successfully complete a $60,000 implementation of tablets into the production areas. I defined requirements, designed the software, and implemented the solution.
Engineered, programmed (python)and maintained employee efficiency tracking systems for production. Employee efficiency boxes play a major role in the company’s efficiency, each box gathers data from the employees work order for the hours of operation. The data tells the production floor managers a story of the parts production cycle/history.
Engineered, programmed(c++), and maintained a 3D Scanner to enable engineers to gather data on connectors. The 3D Scanner was developed for the company’s quality control and test lab department. The scanner creates a virtual model with dimensions, the scanned model can be compared to the initial design for full quality assurance.
Tested and updated codes within company’s production systems. Improved the outdated company’s inventory tracking systems
Assisted – Programming for the company’s erp systems. Teamed up with my coworker to develop a new system, most of my work was focused on the backend development.
Programmed a laser guided connector stress system (c++). The product was used to test connectors stress levels; I was added to the project to code a laser guided stepper motor to prevent the system from malfunctioning.
